We deliver anywhere in the UK, and we only charge you what our shipping provider charges us at cost. Our shipping charges are calculated from the weight of your order and your postcode, so you will need to start the checkout process before we can tell you the cost of shipping. That enables us to keep shipping costs to the absolute minimum. Shipping costs quoted cover all onshore destinations in England and Wales. Postcodes in Scotland, Northern Ireland or any UK will attract an additional charge prior to dispatch. Please email or phone us to enquire about shipping costs outside of England and Wales prior to placing an order.


We currently accept payments through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service and you can use various payment methods as described at checkout.

When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase. Once this has been issued you can rest assured that your order will be processed and will be delivered as per our Terms and Conditions.


Please be aware that if there are insufficient funds in your Paypal account and your payment is processed via your bank/building society account, there may be a delay before this payment clears. Consequently your order may be delayed.


All our items will be securely packaged in cardboard boxes. Where possible we will use recycled packaging. This does not compromise our quality but does help to keep costs down and is kinder to the environment!


All our items will be delivered via courier. They will be delivered the day after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, as any mistakes cannot be rectified once the item has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but we are a tiny business and it may take us a day or two to sort things out once your payment has cleared, so do please bear with us. The longest you will have to wait for delivery is 7 days, but all being well you’ll receive your order within 2 working days.

A full refund will be issued to you within 30 days following receipt of a cancellation instruction, less any payment processing charges levied on us by our payment gateway partner.

Please note if goods have been dispatched prior to receiving your cancellation we will be unable to issue a refund.

Returns & Refunds

Worley’s Cider has a 7-day return policy. If you wish to return goods you must first contact us in writing, please see contact page for contact details.

Worley’s Cider will not be liable for any postage and packaging costs for returned items.

A full refund will be issued within 30 days for returned goods received in line with the Returns Policy, less any payment processing charges levied on us by our payment gateway partner.
