1. Age restriction
IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 TO PLACE AN ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE. Our delivery drivers WILL ONLY deliver to recipients over the age of 18 and WILL check ID when in doubt about the age of the person signing for the delivery. Any order not being signed for by somebody over the age of 18 will be returned to us at your expense – your order, delivery and return charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Customers have a period of 14 days from the day they receive the goods to notify Worley’s Cider that they wish to cancel or return an item. Once Worley’s Cider has been notified, the customer has a further 14 days to send the goods back at their own cost.
Worley’s Cider must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods.

3. How to cancel

Return authorisation: It is important that all returns/exchanges be authorised with a valid return code before any items are sent back. Email your request and we will get back to you ASAP. Any unauthorised returns may be subject to an admin charge.
5. If the goods are faulty
If the goods are different from what you ordered, you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to reject the goods for a full refund. If goods are damaged on delivery, you MUST either reject the goods at delivery or sign for them as delivered damaged. Failure to do so, may mean we are unable to offer a refund. Legitimate refunds will be provided as soon as possible and at the latest, within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund. These clauses will not affect your statutory rights.
Exchange: We only pay one way postage for one time only. So we despatch your exchanged item free of charge to you the first time but any exchanges thereafter will need to be paid by the customer.
6. Delivery time
We aim to offer a fast and reliable service, but we’re not a huge operation and sometimes life (and children!) mean it may take us a day or two to dispatch your order. We currently use UK Mail’s Next Day courier service.
7. Delivery charges
We only deliver within the UK. Delivery charges are calculated on the weight of your order and your postcode because we charge them at cost. That means you will need to start the checkout process to be given a cost of delivery. This is the best way to offer you the absolute minimum delivery charge.
8. Refund policy
We are confident that every product we sell has been meticulously made, and specifically selected to give you optimum enjoyment. If for any reason whatsoever you wish to return any product, you may do so up until 30 days after you receive your products. Any returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. We will then give you a full refund, no questions asked. Please note that refunds do not include the original postage and packaging charges, and you will have to pay for the return delivery and make sure the items are packaged in such a way to arrive with us the same condition in which they were dispatched. You will also need to contact us prior to return to be given a Returns Number.
9. Force majeure
The Seller shall have the right to cancel or to reduce the volume of the goods delivered if it is prevented from or hindered in delivery of the goods through any circumstances beyond its control including (but not limited by) industrial action, war, fire or prohibition or enactment of any kind, without incurring any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting therefore.
In the event that you have an offer coder to secure a discount on your order, unless otherwise stated any percentage discount only applies to the value of the ordered goods not including any delivery charges, which will remain undiscounted.
