Special Reserve 2023 Keeved Cider

The 2023 Vintage Special Reserve is now on-sale.

PLEASE NOTE: We ran a little experiment this year and left the 2023 Vintage in-tank for much longer than usual to enhance its flavour to new heights. The result of this is that the cider is NOT AT THE LEVEL OF CARBONATION AT WHICH IT IS USUALLY DISPATCHED. It is holding a slight fizz right now and that may well increase in the coming weeks and months. HOWEVER, the flavour experiment has definitely worked and the 2023 Special Reserve has an EXCEPTIONAL flavour - it is truly spectacular and we have been drinking it now for several weeks - as have a few lucky taste-testers, who all agree with our verdict.

That is why we have decided to release the vintage now in time for Christmas 2024. However, if a less carbonated version of Special Reserve is not for you, we would urge you not to buy it. If an exceptional tasting almost still cider is for you - FILL YOUR BOOTS and get your order in.

Worleys Special Reserve is made from 100% pure cider apple juice using the ancient art of keeving. This creates a naturally lightly sparkling cider of outstanding fruity character with subtle undertones of caramel. It has sweetness and rounded tannins lifted by a subtle carbonation. A highly decorated cider of distinction.

Please note: Bottle-conditioning results in a natural sediment. Store and chill upright and pour with care to leave sediment in the bottle.
